Who you are dealing with

This site is run by Osman Abouelgheit, trading as Excel with Osman, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything at all, including refunds, billing and account problems, write to excelwithosman@gmail.com. Emails are answered within two working days.

Payments are taken and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record and will appear on your card statement. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice and any sales tax or VAT due in your country.

What you are buying

A subscription gives one named person the right to read the notes for the subjects they have paid for, for the period they have paid for, on this website. It is a licence to read, not a transfer of ownership.

One person, three devices

An account belongs to one person. You may read on up to three devices at a time, and you can change which three from your account page. Sharing your sign-in details with anyone else is not permitted.

Copying and sharing

The notes are original work and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell or post them, in whole or in part, in any format. Every page you read carries your name and email address so that any copy can be traced back to the account it came from.

An account found to be sharing notes or sign-in details may be closed without a refund.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions run for a year and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Payments are taken by Paddle, who are the merchant of record, and refunds are handled under their refund policy. Subscriptions are otherwise not refundable.

Where the law where you live gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase, that right applies and nothing here takes it away. In the United Kingdom, the European Union, the EEA and Switzerland that is fourteen days from purchase, for content you have not already started using.

The first four pages of every course are free and complete, with no account needed, so that you can read the real thing before paying for any of it.

If something has actually gone wrong, write to excelwithosman@gmail.com and it will be put right. That includes being charged twice, a renewal you had meant to cancel, or the notes not working for you. Ask before going to your bank: it is faster, and it is the only way to get it fixed rather than just reversed.

Exam boards

Excel with Osman is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to AQA, OxfordAQA, Pearson Edexcel or Cambridge International Education. Specification codes and course names are used only to identify which syllabus a set of notes covers. All notes are originally written and no examination board material is reproduced.
